Terms, Delivery & Refunds

Written to be read. Delivery is at section 6 and refunds at section 7.

1. What Section63 does

Section63 reads a WhatsApp chat export that you supply and produces a PDF exhibit containing a numbered transcript, the certificate in the form required by Section 63(4) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 — both Part A and Part B, with the Schedules — a schedule of media, the SHA-256 hash of the file you gave us, and a record of the integrity checks applied to that file and what each one found.

2. What it does not do

It gives no legal advice, and using it creates no advocate-client relationship.
It does not verify that a conversation is genuine, that the participants are who they appear to be, or that anything said in it is true.
It cannot promise admission. That is for the court, on the whole record, and turns on matters outside our control — including the truth of the declaration you sign at Part A.
It does not sign Part B. That requires an expert; we pre-fill the technical particulars so one can verify rather than re-derive them.

3. Your declaration

Part A is your statement, signed by you, and its accuracy is your responsibility. You confirm that you were a party to the conversation or are otherwise lawfully in possession of it, and that you have not altered the export before uploading it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Section63 to fabricate evidence, to process a conversation obtained unlawfully, or to harass anyone. We may decline service where we believe that is happening.

5. Charges

Exhibits are priced per document, from ₹250 to ₹1,000 depending on the tier chosen. The price is shown before payment and nothing is charged until you confirm. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI credentials.

6. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and electronic. There is nothing to ship and no physical item.

Record — ₹250. The exhibit is produced in your browser and downloads as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within seconds.
Record + Delivery — ₹400. The same immediate download, plus an emailed copy to you and, if you add one, to your advocate. Email normally arrives within minutes.
Full Exhibit — ₹1,000. Photographs and shared documents are reproduced in the exhibit, and files that cannot be printed — video, audio, contact cards — are delivered as originals in a ZIP with a manifest of their hashes. The document is built in your browser and downloads immediately, like the other tiers; a large conversation with many attachments simply takes longer to build. The emailed copy follows within minutes.

Paid exhibits can be re-downloaded for 7 days using the receipt number issued with them. After that we hold no copy. On the delivery tiers the emailed copy is permanent: your mailbox keeps it, and we cannot withdraw it.

On the Record tier nothing is uploaded, so we keep no copy at all. If you lose that file we cannot recover it. That is the cost of the browser-only guarantee, and the reason the delivery tiers exist.

7. Refunds and cancellation

An exhibit is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so payments are ordinarily final. We refund in full, without argument, where:

the exhibit never reached you and cannot be re-issued;
it was materially defective through our fault;
you were charged more than once for the same document; or
payment was taken but no document was produced.

We do not refund because a court declined to admit an exhibit, or because the declaration at Part A proved inaccurate — neither is within our control.

Write to us via the contact details with your receipt number (S63-XXXXXXXX-XXXXX). We aim to respond within 2 working days, and approved refunds are returned by Razorpay to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days.

8. Your content

You keep every right in your chat export and your exhibit. We claim no licence over either. What we hold, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Section63 is provided on an “as is” basis. So far as the law permits, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document in question. We are not liable for the outcome of any proceedings.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date above changes when we do, and the version in force is the one published when you paid.

11. Who you are dealing with, and governing law

Section63 is operated by Aarohan Enterprises, Lakadganj, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440008, India. Support: contact@pinecoder.in. These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts at Nagpur have exclusive jurisdiction.

Schedule — Undertaking and acknowledgement (v1.0)

This is the undertaking shown after the preview and accepted before an exhibit is issued. In force from 2026-09-01. Every acceptance is recorded against its version number, so the text below is the text that was accepted under v1.0.

What this service is

Section63 is a document preparation service operated by Aarohan Enterprises, Lakadganj, Nagpur 440008. It lays out the export you supplied as a numbered transcript, computes the SHA-256 hash of that file, and pre-fills the certificate prescribed by Section 63(4) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.

It is not legal advice

Aarohan Enterprises is not a law firm and does not practise law. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it creates no advocate-client relationship. Have an advocate settle the document before you file it.

Admissibility is for the court

Whether this exhibit is admitted, and what weight it carries, is decided by the court seized of the matter. We do not warrant that any court, tribunal or authority will admit it or act on it.

What we can and cannot certify

We certify the file we received and nothing beyond it. We do not verify that the messages are genuine, that any number or account belongs to the person named, or that the conversation is complete. WhatsApp's export omits deleted messages and may omit media; where a gap is detectable we state it on the record, but we cannot fill it.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent the law permits, the total liability of Aarohan Enterprises arising out of or relating to this exhibit is limited to the fee paid for it. We are not liable for the outcome of any proceeding, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity. You agree to indemnify Aarohan Enterprises against any claim brought by a third party arising from the conversation you upload or from the use you make of the exhibit.

The affirmations given

Lawful entitlement. I was a participant in this conversation, or I am otherwise lawfully entitled to the export I have uploaded. I am responsible for the personal data of other people that it contains.
Nature of the service. I understand that Section63 formats and certifies, that it does not give legal advice, does not verify that the messages are genuine, and does not decide whether a court will admit this document.
The certificate is mine. The Section 63(4) certificate will be signed by me as my own declaration, and its correctness is my responsibility. I accept the Terms, including the limitation of liability above.
